Marketing Limits for Cannabis
From signs and colours or lack thereof – these are some of the strict guidelines on Cannabis marketing in Canada.
Unlike any beer commercial you have seen before, cannabis will be the complete opposite. No flashy colours, no TV or radio ads and of course, all packaging must display Federal THC warning signs and federal health warnings. Think of your typical cigarette pack, yeah, now take away the colours and metallic foils, replace it with a matte black and THC warnings and you have the new packaging proposed for distribution.
