Rapper Xzibit has been slapped with a lawsuit for selling contaminated cannabis oil

A lawsuit has been brought up against American rapper Xzibit.

The lawsuit is based on pesticide-contaminated cannabis oil that the rapper helped push onto the marijuana market, TMZ reported.

The plaintiff, Ignacio Lee, claims that X’s Brass Knuckles branded THC concentrate Vape Cartridges contain pesticides.

Lee, who was a consumer of the product for months, said it caused him to experience fatigue, headaches, nausea, chest pains, shortness of breath, and wheezing.

After experiencing the symptoms, he took the product to an independent lab to be investigated.

He then sought legal counsel when the result came back positive for pesticides.

X’s campaign includes an assurance that the oil is clean, along with the product being completely free of pesticide and other contaminants.
